Yes, Point Share Plus is available on most mobile devices via your device web browser. For compatibility, we recommend Google Chrome on your mobile device.

We understand that each organisation is unique, requiring different storage capacity for its projects, and common features to support its workflows and collaboration. As such, all our plans offer the same feature set but are differentiated by two factors; storage and bandwidth, and users.

For Standard plans, the storage and bandwidth limit, and the number of users in determined by the level of your plan. For Enterprise plans, the storage and bandwidth limit and the number of users can be customised up from our base level plan.

Once you’ve decided on the plan, choose your preferred subscription payment: monthly or yearly.

Standard plans are pre-configured, they have storage and bandwidth limits, and the number of users is fixed. Additional storage and bandwidth (50GB, $35/mo.) can be purchased for Standard plans.

Enterprise plans can be fully customised. From expanding storage and bandwidth, adding users and creating teams, to branding with your company logo and colours, or adding a private sub domain.

Our Standard plans are designed for everyone from freelancers, small and medium sized businesses through to larger organisations. If you need to share your project work with a client or service provider, or collaborate on single projects, then a Standard plan is right for you.

Our Enterprise plan is designed to assist organisations that have more demanding needs and require greater flexibility. If you work with clients and want to provide a dedicated client access portal or have cross-functional teams that need to collaborate on projects, then the Enterprise plan is right for you.

In a Standard plan, a guest user is a person who you invite to collaborate on a project, they can be internal or external to your organisation. Subject to the permission level that you set, they can view and interrogate project data or upload point clouds and 3D models to that specific project.

You can add a guest user to a project from within the project dashboard. A guest user is required to have a Point Share Plus account.

A guest user is invited to collaborate or contribute to a project by the account owner via the user control panel. To invite a guest user, they must have a Point Share Plus account, they are not required to have an active subscription. The project owner would set the appropriate permission level when they invite the guest user.

A project share link does not require a Point Share Plus account, however preset permission levels (View Only, Operator and Manager) must be set and will determine the access level that the share link provides. A share link can facilitate project data download but does not support project data uploads.

Yes, there is a charge for additional users on our Enterprise plan.

Standard plans come with a fixed number of guest users.

Bandwidth refers to the amount of data used when you upload, download and stream data through the Point Share Plus viewer, it is measured and reset monthly. Upload and download activities use the most bandwidth, uploading a 10GB file will use 10GB of your allocated bandwidth.

Once the file is processed and loaded into the viewer, it will only use a fraction of its original size in bandwidth, the exact amount used will be influenced by how you or your users interact with the data sets.

If you reach the limit of you allocated storage, you will not be able to upload and process any new datasets, you will still be able to see existing datasets. To add additional datasets, you will need delete existing projects or add a storage and bandwidth package or upgrade your plan.

If you exceed your bandwidth allocation, you will not be able to upload, download or stream data. Please send an email to [email protected] to discuss bandwidth usage.

Yes. You can add a storage and bandwidth package (50GB, $35/mo.) when you purchase a Standard plan, or you can add a storage and bandwidth package later as your needs grow.

You do not need to update your plan to add a storage and bandwidth package.

Yes. You can upgrade your Standard plan to an Enterprise plan. We recommend that you send an email to [email protected] to discuss the process of transferring to an Enterprise plan.

If you are the owner or admin of your account, you can access your plan settings, subscription log, payment history, upcoming invoices and more in the subscription management area.

We accept payments from the following major credit cards; Visa, Master Card, American Express, Union Pay and, JCB. We also accept payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We accept all currencies! Our prices are in USD, and an exchange rate will be applied at the time of purchase as determined by our billing system, Stripe.

Yes! You can upgrade to a different plan at any time in the subscription management area. If you are upgrading to a different Standard plan, you can do this automatically via our self-service portal.

Yes, you can pay monthly for your plan. Choose the monthly option on the pricing page and you will be able to pay on a per-month basis.

Yes, by selecting a yearly plan and paying up-front you save ~20%, or you can pay a little more for monthly billing but have the flexibility to pause at any time.

Point Share Plus offers 50% discount to eligible NFPs and NGOs. To access this discount, create an account, start a 30-day trial on any plan, then email [email protected] to get your discount applied.

The team will ask for, and you will need to supply, documentation to prove your nonprofit legitimacy.

Yes, you cancel your subscription at any time, there is no lock in for monthly subscriptions. However, as yearly subscriptions are paid up-front, any residual time would not be refundable.

If you cancel your subscription, you can still access your account up to, and including, the end of the valid subscription period.
